T & C Materials, LLC (d/b/a Texas Got Rocks) provides landscape materials, construction aggregates, and related delivery services to customers in the Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, and surrounding communities in Montgomery, Harris, and Liberty counties. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service at our sole discretion.
Product descriptions, including material specifications and images, are provided for informational purposes. Natural materials may vary in color, texture, and composition. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that product descriptions are error-free or that colors displayed on your device are accurate representations.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are valid at the time of quotation and may be subject to adjustment before order confirmation. Orders are not binding until confirmed by T & C Materials, LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders as required by law. Prices displayed on our website are estimates and final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order based on your delivery location, material quantity, and current material costs.
We offer FREE delivery to customers within our designated service area, which includes Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, Humble, Cypress, Katy, Tomball, Magnolia, Willis, Montgomery, Huntsville, New Caney, Splendora, Cleveland, Plantersville, New Waverly, Oak Ridge North, Shenandoah, Porter, and surrounding communities. Delivery availability and pricing may vary based on location. Please enter your ZIP code on our website to verify service availability.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for ensuring adequate site access for delivery vehicles and for designating a safe and legal dumping location.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of materials to the designated location. The customer is responsible for inspecting materials upon delivery and must report any discrepancies or damage within 24 hours at info@texasgotrocks.com or (936) 298-5447.
T & C Materials, LLC (d/b/a Texas Got Rocks) is not responsible for any damage to driveways, lawns, or other property that may occur during normal delivery operations.
Material quantities provided by our online calculator are estimates based on the dimensions you provide. Actual material needs may vary based on ground conditions, compaction, and other factors. We recommend ordering 10–20% additional material to account for variations. T & C Materials, LLC is not responsible for shortages resulting from underestimation. Minimum order quantity is 2 cubic yards.

You may request to be transferred to a live representative at any time during the call.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, T & C Materials, LLC (d/b/a Texas Got Rocks) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our aggregate liability for all claims related to these Terms exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless T & C Materials, LLC (d/b/a Texas Got Rocks), its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of T & C Materials, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
